First seen at COMPUTEX 2019, ASUS’ newest VivoBooks – the S14 and S15 are set to arrive in the Philippines, offering a well —specced, well-built, and stylish companion for productivity and entertainment.
The VivoBook S14 and S15 boast a bold and unique design with five youthful hues, combined with a sleek and detailed metallic look that adds to the premium feel.
Both utilize a four-sided NanoEdge display (14″ and 15.6″ at FHD resolution), delivering a Screen-to-Body ratio of up to 88%, and the ErgoLift hinge that slightly raises the backlit keyboard for a more comfortable typing experience.
Under the hood, you get up to an 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, along with up to 16GB of RAM and a 512GB PCIe SSD (S14) or with an added 1TB HDD (S15)Â for storage. Both boast an NVIDIA GeForce MX 250 for graphics, and Wi-Fi 5 capability for seamless connectivity.
For immersive entertainment, both also feature Harman Kardon certified Audio, along with AudioWizard which allows users to make minute adjustments for audio, and choose from a number of presets.
For longevity, the new VivoBooks’ batteries boast a lifespan that’s three times longer than standard lithium-ion batteries, and can be charged to 60% in just 49 minutes.
Do note that these are the non-screenpad variants, so you get a regular touchpad.
