A new Windows-powered laptop from Samsung has surfaced after official-looking press renders were leaked. The new device, dubbed the Samsung Galaxy Book S, joins the Galaxy Book 2 in their roster of Windows-powered devices.
The Galaxy Book S, unlike the 2-in-1 Galaxy Book 2, is a regular laptop. It has a display with slim bezels on both sides and the top. It also has a camera above the screen.
As far as the render goes, it only reveals a single USB-C port on the left side of the laptop accompanied by either a 3.5mm headphone jack or a port for power input. The photos didn’t showcase the right side which hopefully has more I/O slots.
A Samsung device was spotted on Geekbench with Windows 10, Snapdragon 855, and 8GB RAM. It is speculated that the device is the Galaxy Book S. We’ll just have to wait and see whether this device will debut alongside the Note 10 series.
