In order to avail of the 50% discount, you will need to have a special voucher code, which will be displayed in the ASUS Flagship Store and the ROG Store, at exactly 12MN on December 10, 2018. You better be fast, because there are only a limited number of units per product. The voucher code will be displayed until 11:59 PM of December 12, 2018, or until voucher codes last. Do note that the voucher code can only be used once per customer.
