We’ve just received word from a very reliable source that the entry level Xiaomi Redmi 5A will soon be making its way to the Philippines.
The Redmi 5A sports a 5-inch HD display, and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor clocked at 1.4GHz. It has up to 3GB of RAM and up to 32GB of storage with microSD card support.
For imgaing, the Redmi 5A has a 13MP rear camera with PDAF, and a 5MP front camera. The device runs on MIUI 9 on top of Android 7.1.2 Nougat and packs a 3,000mAh battery.

We don’t have any information as to how much the Redmi 5A will cost. But it will most likely be below PhP10,000.
