In a recent event held at the Marco Polo hotel in Ortigas, Pasig City, ASUS officially unveiled its latest products and innovations that will be available here in the country.
Monitors For Professionals and Gamers Alike
ROG PG258Q
This 24.5-inch gaming monitor has a Full HD display combined with an astonishing 240Hz of refresh rate, 1ms gray-to-gray response time, and NVIDIA G-SYNC capability which allows for the smoothest and most stunning visuals. The super-narrow bezels also make it an ideal component for multiple monitor setups.
The PG258Q Â has built-in ROG lighting effects on the stand to complement your RGB themed rig, and also features ASUS GamePlus hotkey for in-game enhancements such as crosshair overlays, an on screen timer, an fps counter, and for aligning the display when using a multi-monitor configuration.
ASUS GameVisual Technology gives you up to six display mode presets to choose from depending on what type of game you are playing: Scenery, Racing, Cinema, RTS/RPG, FPS (First-Person Shooter), and sRGB.
Designo Curve MX34VQ
The 34-inch ASUS Designo Curve MX34VQ uses a frameless ultra-wide panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels and a 21:9 aspect ratio for an immersive viewing experience. It’s also equipped with 8-watt speakers which uses Harman Kardon and ASUS’ own SonicMaster audio technology, and a Qi wireless charging pad for compatible devices.

ROG Centurion
With the ability to deliver true 7.1 channel surround-sound through its 10 dedicated neodymium-magnet drivers , the ROG Centurion stands at the pinnacle of gaming headphones as one of the very best. ROG Gladius II
The Gl II optical gaming mouse is optimized for use in FPS games. It features Aura Sync RGB lighting to complement the rest of your system’s aesthetics, and is equipped with Omron switches with a 50-million click lifespan.
Click resistance can be adjusted by the user, so as DPI which can be changed using the dedicated button, or the target thumb button, which changes the DPI when pressed and changes it back to your original setting upon release.
ROG Strix Impact
The Strix Impact is an ergonomic and lightweight gaming mouse with an ambidextrous design, and is ideal for use in MOBA games. Like the Gladius II, it also offers Aura Sync RGB lighting and the durable Omron switches, plus a dedicated two-level DPI button for on-the-fly adjustments, as well as an indicator which shows the current setting.

The company also announced its exclusive partnerships for 2017 in the Philippines. with In Win for casing, Seagate for storage solutions, Bitspower for water-cooling components, and G-Skill for memory. All of these partners will have to support Aura Sync RGB Lighting Technology.
Pricing and Availability
In terms of availability, the new ASUS Kaby Lake motherboards and monitors are already available nationwide. It will be March 2017 for the new ROG gaming peripherals, and sometime in Q2 for the Tinker Board. Â Please contact your local seller for orders and reservations.
