In an event yesterday at the Bonifacio High Street, Samsung Philippines unveiled the newest iteration to its A series lineup of smartphones, the Galaxy A5 and A7 2017.
Both the A5 and A7 are IP68 certified for water and dust resistance, which means they can be submerged in fresh water with a depth of 1.5m for up to 30 minutes, and feature powerful internals to cater to your needs.
Both devices sport Full HD Super AMOLED displays at 5.7 inches for the A7 and 5.2 inches for the A5, and are equipped with 16MP front and rear cameras which capture great stills even in challenging conditions, Dual SIM, fast charging capability, and USB Type-C ports.
Samsung also introduced its newest brand ambassador, 2016 Miss International, Kylie Verzosa, who shares the values and vision of the company to always be ahead of the game, just like the A series smartphones which stand out amidst rain, sweat, sand, or dust.
The Galaxy A7 2017 comes in Gold Sand, Black Sky, and Blue Mist variants, and is priced at PhP23,990. The A5 on the other hand, will be available in Gold Sand and Black Sky, and will set you back PhP19,990.
Both models will be available in PH stores starting January 28, 2017.
