Design

The Pro 6 Plus boasts an Aluminum body which makes it look more premium. It has a 5.7-inch 2K Super AMOLED display, which should be a treat if you’ll be using this phone for media consumption, and is also equipped with an Always On Display, which can display important information without the user having to turn the screen on.

Processing Package

The Pro 6 Plus is powered by an Exynos 8890 Octa-Core processor which is the same chip used in the Exynos variant of the Samsung Galaxy S7. Coupled with the 12-Core Mali-T880 MP12 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and a 3400mAh battery, it should be able to handle just about anything you throw at it.

Camera and Sound

For Imaging, the Pro 6 Plus houses a 12MP Camera which uses a Sony IMX386 CMOS, and comes with f/2.0 Aperture, Phase Detection Auto-Focus, and Laser Focus. As for audio, it uses a dedicated Hi – Fi – Audio ES9018K2M chip for an immersive listening experience.

Pricing

There will be 2 variants of the Pro 6 Plus – One with the lower clocked Exynos 8890 at 2.0 GHz, 4GB of RAM (around $435), and 64GB of internal storage, and the other with the more powerful Exynos 8890 at 2.3 GHz, 4GB of RAM (around $480), and 128GB of internal storage.

We hope that the Pro 6 Plus makes it to Philippine Shores, and we’d love to be able to test how it performs.
