ASUS ROG has announced an enhanced commitment to esports with new product launches, partnerships with top teams and players, and a dedicated social media channel. Aiming to meet the expectations of gamers and esports fans, ROG is developing high-performance Ace Collection gaming gear informed by professional athletes. The brand is also improving community engagement through dedicated communication platforms for fans and enthusiasts.

ROG Gladius IV Ace: Refined for competitive play

Developed through extensive sports-science testing and iterative evaluations with esports players, the ergonomic shape of the ROG Gladius IV Ace helps reduce muscle strain as players grip, lift, and move the mouse during competitive play. This approach will also help shape further Ace esports mouse aesthetics, helping develop designs for different grip types, hand sizes, and mouse movement. During tracking movements, the Gladius remained stable in velocity and acceleration after fatigue, and users also spent less average time off target, even after fatigue. In 180-degree flick scenarios, users also displayed higher hit accuracy.

ROG Gladius IV Ace Gaming Mouse

The Gladius IV Ace features a center-balanced design, weighing 56 grams, and includes stackable weights for customizable handling. Each mouse is machine-tested for consistent click performance. It incorporates SpeedNova 8K Gen II technology for enhanced wireless connectivity, with real-time RF condition monitoring and Active Dynamic Hopping to reduce interference.

The AimPoint Pro 65K optical sensor supports up to 65,000dpi and features adjustable lift-off distance and efficient tracking capabilities. Additionally, the mouse comes with a carry case for portability and uses Gear Link for browser-based customization without software downloads, ensuring quick setups for gaming events.

ROG OLED esports monitors

The brand introduces its OLED gaming monitors, highlighting exceptional color, contrast, and sharp motion clarity due to self-lit pixels that reduce eye strain. The Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace and Strix OLED models, co-developed with professional players, offer features like integrated measurement scales, a Quick OSD menu, and Esports Color modes for tailored gaming experiences. GaNFET technology optimizes heat dissipation, enhancing the lifespan of the OLED panels.

ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace

With a 720Hz refresh rate, the ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace is the fastest model in the series. Its TrueBlack Glossy Tandem WOLED panel produces supersharp imagery with deep blacks, even under bright arena lighting. It also features up to 1700-nits peak brightness and Dolby Vision support for realistic HDR visuals. The integrated Position Sensor measures the gamer’s preferred angles and displays them on-screen, helping players reproduce precise setups at home, during practice sessions, or live competition. This particular model is the official esports monitor of the 2026 PGL Major tournament.

The ROG Strix OLED XG259QDPG Ace is a 560Hz RGB QD-OLED panel featuring BlackShield Film and an anti-glare low-reflection coating that boosts perceived black levels by up to 40% and increases panel hardness by 2.5 times. The monitor delivers vivid, true-to-life colors and glare-free visuals for fast-paced competitive play. Connectivity options include one DisplayPort 1.4 (DSC), two HDMI 2.1, and three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports for maximum compatibility.

GamerLegion’s CEO, Nicolas Reber, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting shared values of dedication and prowess. The brand aims to support competitive players with high-performance gear, collaborating closely with teams to meet their needs. Additionally, the brand has onboarded Timothy ‘iiTzTimmy’ An, a notable FPS content creator, to further engage with the esports community through content and product showcases, emphasizing ROG’s commitment to competitive players.
