Xiaomi announced that it will introduce the Xiaomi 17 series in the global market on February 28, 2026 in Barcelona, Spain.
Xiaomi 17 Ultra – Xiaomi 17 Series Global Launch
The microsite revealed that the Xiaomi 17 series will launch in the global market. While the company didn’t quite detail what will launch, the microsite does show the camera module of the Starry Green Xiaomi 17 Ultra.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is expected to launch alongside the base Xiaomi 17. There are also reports that both devices will have smaller batteries than their Chinese counterparts. Specifically, a 6330mAh battery for the Xiaomi 17, down from the 7000mAh cell, and a 6000mAh battery from the 6800mAh cell for the Ultra device.
With about a week to go until the official launch, which coincides with MWC 2026, we expect Xiaomi to reveal more details about the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and the series.
