DOTr and President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. today led the launch of a landmark transportation initiative, unveiling the “One RFID, All Tollways” system. This voluntary program, formally known as the Toll Collection System Interoperability Project, aims to end the long-standing hassle of managing separate Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) accounts for different expressways across Luzon.

The new, unified system now allows a single RFID sticker and account to be used seamlessly on all major Luzon expressways.

Speaking at the launch in Calamba City, Laguna, President Marcos stated that the initiative directly responds to public demands for a more efficient system. He credited the Department of Transportation (DOTr), the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB), and partner concessionaires for their cooperation, noting that the project is proof that collaboration can deliver solutions to everyday challenges.

Motorists wishing to transition to the unified system must follow a three-step process: opt in online and choose a preferred service provider (Autosweep or Easytrip), have the unchosen sticker removed at an authorized customer service center, and ensure their chosen account is loaded. The unified system is now operational.
