Smart has unveiled its redesigned online store, providing Filipino customers with a streamlined platform to explore and purchase mobile services directly from their devices. The company’s new portal offers new and existing customers access to prepaid and postpaid plans with enhanced convenience and security features.
Smart Postpaid Plan 799
The launch also coincides with the introduction of Smart Postpaid Plan 799, a SIM-only offering that targets users who need comprehensive mobile services without device bundling. This plan includes 15GB of open-access data for all applications and websites along with 100GB of 5G data valid for six months in Smart’s 5G coverage areas, unlimited calls and texts with landline calling capabilities, and a Netflix Mobile subscription.
Customers who sign up for Plan 799 through the online store will receive an additional incentive: 50% more open-access data, translating to an extra 7.5 GB monthly for the first six months. This promotional offer is exclusive to online store applications.
The signup process has been simplified to accommodate varying technical comfort levels. Users need only visit to the online store, select “SIM-Only Plans,” choose “Plan 799,” and fill in the required information. While initially exclusive to the online platform, Smart plans to expand Plan 799 availability to its physical store network.
Comprehensive Digital Marketplace Features
Beyond the new postpaid plan, the revamped online store serves as a comprehensive digital marketplace for Smart’s product ecosystem. Customers can purchase smartphones, SIM cards, eSIMs, and various data packages.
The platform also supports credit reloading, limited-time promotions, and device purchases bundled with Smart and TNT SIM cards. Customers can also purchase devices under Smart Bro 5G promos, and order Smart and TNT SIM packages.
