The watch features a 1.96-inch AMOLED display, with a resolution of 410 x 502 pixels. This larger screen offers ample real estate for watch faces, notifications, and workout metrics, a notable upgrade from the 1.43-inch screens found on previous models. The display is safeguarded by 2.5D curved tempered glass.

Durability and design are key components, with the frame constructed from electroplated zinc alloy and buttons crafted from oxidized aluminum alloy. The watch is also rated IP68 for dust and water resistance.
Users will appreciate the inclusion of over 50 sports modes, powered by the GOMORE sports algorithm. The device monitors essential health metrics, including resting heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and sleep patterns. It also features practical reminders for hydration and medication, alongside a unique AI simultaneous interpretation function.

The Watch Fit 3 supports offline payments and Bluetooth calling. A 390mAh battery powers the device, promising up to 6 days of regular use and 9 days with lighter usage on a single charge. Currently, the Lenovo Watch Fit 3 is available exclusively in China.
