Team Group has announced the TEAMGROUP ACE 8K MicroSDXC memory card, a storage option aimed squarely at creators. The TeamGroup is built for handheld imaging devices, including Insta360 and DJI cameras, as well as drones. The TEAMGROUP ACE 8K MicroSDXC is support for smooth 4K 120 fps video recording, which TEAMGROUP positions for 360-degree panoramas, sports footage, and handheld content creation. That is the workload of a modern action rig: long takes, high bitrates, and very little downtime between shots.

The TEAMGROUP ACE 8K carries A2 Application Performance Class and U3/V30 specifications. The card has undergone internal laboratory validation and ships with protection against water, shock, X-rays, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and extreme temperatures. TEAMGROUP also says the product uses eco-friendly inks and coloring technologies in its printing, giving the card a distinct look while limiting its environmental footprint. It is backed by a lifetime warranty.
