HONOR has officially taken the wraps off its flagship series, the HONOR Magic 9 series. In addition to the Magic 9 and Magic 9 Pro Max, the company also introduced the HONOR Magic 9 Super Edition. It boasts the largest battery used in the Magic series, making it a super-powered version of the base variant.
HONOR Magic 9 Super Edition – The Super-Powered One
The HONOR Magic 9 Super Edition is equipped with an enormous 11,000mAh battery and supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
It powers a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. This is coupled with a C3 RF enhancement chip, Phantom Engine 3.0, and a cooling system with a wind-tunnel fan.
The Super device is built around a 6.81-inch 120Hz OLED panel with a 2788×1200 resolution. It houses a 50MP front camera with video recording up to 4K@120fps.
Around the back, it has a 1/1.55-inch 200MP Samsung HP5 main camera, a 50MP Sony LYTIA 500 3x telephoto snapper, and a 12MP ultrawide camera.

Pricing and Availability
The HONOR Magic 9 Super Edition comes in four colors in China – Curtain Black, Opening Statement, Olive Green, and Popcorn Yellow. It is offered n three variants priced at:
- 12GB+256GB – CNY 4,499 (around PHP 41,900)
- 12GB+512GB – CNY 4,999 (around PHP 46,600)
- 16GB+512GB – CNY 5,499 (around PHP 51,200)
It’s uncertain if we’ll see this specific device hit the international market, including the Philippines. We would love to see it arrive, for sure, though!
