HiBy has officially revealed the first products from its Cyberpunk 2077 collaboration: the PULSE gaming headset and the GRID external sound card. The partnership, announced earlier this year between the audio brand’s gaming-focused sub-brand HiBy Digital and CD PROJEKT RED’s RPG, has now produced its first hardware.
HiBy x Cyberpunk 2077
Both devices lean into the look of Night City, and instead of a single design, HiBy Digital has revealed three themed editions:
- V Edition: drawn from V, Cyberpunk 2077’s protagonist
- SAMURAI Edition: built around Johnny Silverhand and the SAMURAI band
- ARASAKA Edition: taking visual cues from the Arasaka Corporation
Each edition gets its own colors, graphics, textures, and details, so the three variants are easy to tell apart at a glance.
There’s also a fourth edition on the way: HiBy Digital teased a PULSE Limited Edition, with further details to be announced later.
Cyberpunk 2077 has been out since 2020, and Night City and its cast of characters have carved out a permanent spot in gaming culture since then. For HiBy, the collab follows a familiar playbook: the company has more than a decade of audio hardware behind it, covering digital audio players, earphones, headphone amplifiers, DACs, and desktop gear, and has already partnered with heavyweights like EVANGELION and Hatsune Miku on themed products.
This reveal is the designs only, not a full product launch. HiBy says detailed specifications, pricing, availability, and further product information will be announced in the future.
What Philippine gamers should watch
Cyberpunk 2077 is already playable here, with the open-world RPG among the titles offered through services such as IGV Game Pass. A themed headset and sound card will still be judged on the basics: comfort over long sessions, microphone clarity, and clean, low-latency output.
