Nothing has just introduced its latest a-series devices that include the Nothing Phone (4a) series and the Headphone (a).

The former is a direct successor to last year’s Phone (3a) series, and the latest member of the company’s most successful smartphone series. Meanwhile, the latter is a more affordable option to last year’s Headphone (1) and the company’s first over-ear headphones.

The Nothing Phone (4a) series that was announced comprises the Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro. Both devices come with a refined design compared to their predecessor, all while keeping the iconic transparent design. In particular, the Phone (4a) Pro now has a full aluminum unibody design.

The Phone (4a) has a Glyph Interface with 6 LED squares stacked next to the camera module. Meanwhile, the Phone (4a) Pro is equipped with a Glyph Matrix, which debuted on the Phone (3).

The Phone (4a) is built around a 6.7-inch 1.5K 120Hz Flexible AMOLED panel with a 32MP housed in a punch hole on the center top. Around the back, the device has a 50MP main camera, a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide snapper. The base device offers 7x lossless zoom and up to 70x ultra zoom.

Its Pro counterpart, on the other hand, has a larger 6.83-inch 1.5K Flexible AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It offers up to 5000 nits of peak brightness and houses the same 32MP front snapper. Around the back, it’s an identical camera setup but the zoom is boosted up to 140x ultra zoom.

The duo is powered by a Snapdragon chip – Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 for the Phone (4a) and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 for the Phone (4a) Pro. They also have UFS 3.1 storage onboard. The Pro device offers LPDDR5X RAM, while its base sibling has LPDDR4X RAM.

They also share 5080mAh battery cells with support for 50W wired fast charging and 7.5W reverse wired charging.

Nothing has also revealed that the Nothing Phone (4a) series will get 3 years of Android upgrades and 6 years of security updates.

The Nothing Phone (4a) series is now available for pre-order. The Phone (4a) comes in three colors – Black, White, Blue, and Pink, while the Phone (4a) Pro is offered in three colors – Black, Silver, and Pink.

The Nothing Phone (4a) series is available in three memory configurations, starting with an 8GB+128GB setup. The Phone (4a) starts at GBP 349 (around PHP 27,300)/EUR 349 (around PHP 23,700)/INR 31,999 (around PHP 20,400), while the Phone (4a) Pro starts at GBP 499 (around PHP 39,000)/USD 499 (around PHP 29,200)/EUR 479 (around PHP 32,500)/INR 39,999 (around PHP 25,500).
