Samsung Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ Now Official with Exynos Chipsets

Samsung has just announced the Samsung Galaxy S26 series along with the Galaxy Buds4 series at Galaxy Unpacked 2026.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 series comprises three devices, starting with the Samsung Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+, and headlined by the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.

The duo shares quite a lot of hardware but there are some better features on the Galaxy S26+ like a better resolution on its larger display and a larger battery.

Samsung Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+

The Samsung Galaxy S26 is the smallest of the series with its 6.3-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Because of its size, it also packs the smallest battery of the series at a 4300mAh battery and supports 25W Super Fast Charging.

The Galaxy S26+, on the other hand, has a 6.7-inch QHD+ 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2x panel. It also has a larger 4900mAh battery with support for 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0.

Aside from that, they are powered by the same Exynos 2600 coupled with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. They also share the triple rear camera comprised of a 50MP f/1.8 main lens, a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide shooter, and 10MP f/2.4 3x telephoto snapper.
