realme closed out January by unveiling the realme 16 5G in Vietnam, following the launch of the realme 16 Pro series in India in early January.

The realme 16 5G features a design similar to the iPhone Air or the Google Pixel phones, with a visor up top to house the rear camera system. The system of the latest realme device is a Sony IMX852 50MP main snapper and a 2MP monochrome sensor. Meanwhile, on the front, there is a 50MP camera for selfies.

The device is built around a 6.57-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED panel with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, it has a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Turbo with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

It is 8.1mm thick, all while packing a massive 7000mAh battery with support for 60W wired fast charging. The realme 16 5G also features an IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for ease of mind.
