Xiaomi has announced that the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra will make its debut in Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 starting January 29, 2026. The high-performance luxury EV will arrive via Update 1.67 and also marks Xiaomi’s first-ever appearance in the iconic Gran Turismo franchise.
Following the update’s rollout at 2:00 PM, players around the world will be able to put the SU7 Ultra to the test on Gran Turismo 7’s virtual circuits.
Collaboration With Polyphony Digital

This in-game launch follows an official collaboration announcement made on June 7, 2025 between Xiaomi and Polyphony Digital Inc., the Sony Interactive Entertainment subsidiary behind Gran Turismo.
The series offers hyper-realistic driving model, a meticulous vehicle selection, and true-to-life graphics. To ensure authenticity, Gran Turismo series producer Kazunori Yamauchi personally test-drove the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra at venues including Beijing, the Nürburgring Nordschleife, and Tsukuba Circuit.
Performance and Validation

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is powered by Xiaomi’s in-house Dual V8s + V6s Hyper Tri-Motor system, resulting to 1,548 horsepower and 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.98 seconds. The production car previously set a 7:04.957 lap at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, which broke the record for electric executive vehicles. Xiaomi EV’s vehicle dynamics performance team also traveled to Polyphony Digital’s Fukuoka studio to fine-tune and validate the virtual driving experience to align the in-game model closely with its real-world counterpart.
Monza Time Trial Challenge

To celebrate the car’s arrival, Polyphony Digital will also host a two-week official lap-time challenge at the historic Monza circuit within Gran Turismo 7. This event will give players a dedicated stage to explore the SU7 Ultra’s capabilities while competing for leaderboard glory.
