MSI has just unveiled the latest versions of its laptops at CES 2026. This includes the MSI Modern series, which comes with a refreshed design.
Along with the Modern series, the company also introduced the MSI Prestige series, the gaming laptops, and a fresh splash of color for the MSI Claw 8 AI+.
MSI Modern Series – CES 2026
The new MSI Modern Series is offered in two versions – the Modern 14S and Modern 16S. These feature an increased use of metal materials and smoother, more rounded counters for a more premium feel. The aluminum chassis is as slim as 11.1mm and weighs as little as 1.3kg on the Modern 14S OLED variant.
The MSI Modern series laptops are powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor 355. The processors are equipped with dual memory slots of up to 32GB.
The two variants come in up to FHD+ OLED panels and are powered by a 60Wh battery. On the connectivity front, it has a USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, RJ-45 LAN, and a microSD card reader port.
