MediaTek has expanded its lineup with the debut of the flagship Dimensity 9500s alongside the mid-range Dimensity 8500. Both chipsets utilize an “All Big Core” architecture.
MediaTek Dimensity 9500s
The flagship Dimensity 9500s serve as an optimized successor to the 9500. Built on a cutting-edge 3nm process, it features a peak clock speed of 3.73GHz on its primary Arm Cortex-X925 Ultra core paired with the Immortalis-G925 GPU, bringing advanced ray tracing and Frame Technology 3.0 to mobile gamers.
In addition, it boasts a dedicated NPU designed for generative reasoning and multimodal models. Multimedia enthusiasts will benefit from 8K 60fps video recording and support for massive 320MP camera sensors.
