Xiaomi has confirmed the chipset of the upcoming Redmi Note 15 5G, after it revealed the device’s main camera, battery, and fast charging speed in China.

The announcement reveals that the Redmi Note 15 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset.

This is the chipset introduced last year, built for midrange smartphones. It is equipped with four Cortex-A78 cores clocked at up to 2.4GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores running at up to 1.8GHz. Moreover, it features an Adreno 710 GPU.
The Note 15 5G is confirmed to feature a 108MP main camera, a 5520mAh battery, and support for 45W wired fast charging.
Meanwhile, leaks claim that it will also be built around a 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED and feature an 8MP ultrawide lens around the back and a 20MP front camera. Moreover, it is rated at IP66 dust and water resistance.

The company has begun slowly teasing the features of the Redmi Note 15 5G, but its exact date has yet to be revealed.
