AYANEO closed out November with the introduction of the AYANEO NEXT II, its NEXT-generation flagship Windows gaming handheld.
AYANEO NEXT II
The AYANEO NEXT II is built around a 9.06-inch 2400×1504 OLED panel with a 1100 nit global peak brightness. It is said to have a switchable refresh rate from 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz, and 165Hz. Additionally, it has 5280Hz PWM dimming.

Under the hood, the gaming handheld is equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 with a max TDP of 85W and features an integrated RDNA 3.5 Radeon 8060S GPU. To keep cool, it features a dual-fan cooling system. The AYANEO NEXT II draws power from a 115Wh battery, which is larger than the 75Wh battery of the AYANEO Kun.

The new gaming handheld features hall linear triggers, hall-effect joysticks, and a floating 8-way D-pad. The last of which is said to ensure smooth control and more precise movement.

The NEXT II also has four geometric rear buttons, customizable LC and RC shoulder buttons, and a magnetic levitation motor. The top of the gaming handheld also features an AYANEO RGB nameplate with air vents on either side. Moreover, it has dual USB-C ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Despite this announcement, though, the company has yet to reveal its pricing and when it will be available.
