The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra leaks detailing the full camera specifications suggest the device will largely stick to the hardware established by its predecessor, the S25 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Camera Details Leak

According to a report from X user Yawn, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is set to retain the familiar high-end configuration, including a powerful 200-megapixel HP2 main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto lens. Even the 12MP selfie camera is expected to be unchanged.

The only notable hardware adjustment is a minor upgrade to the 3x telephoto shooter. The older 10MP sensor is reportedly being replaced with a newer 12MP Samsung S5K3LD sensor. This new lens is rumored to offer an f/2.4 aperture and a 20 percent increase in pixels over the S25 Ultra’s corresponding lens.

Moreover, the leak hints at the introduction of a new video recording format called APV (Advanced Photo Video), offering a high-quality mode that consumes up to 1.5GB of storage per minute.

The device is also expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy chipset, a 5,500mAh battery with 60W charging, and support for Qi2 wireless charging. While the device may be slightly sleeker, camera enthusiasts anticipating substantial upgrades may have to wait another year.
