Osmo Action 6 is a huge upgrade from Action 5 Pro
DJI has officially rolled out the Osmo Action 6, its latest flagship action camera, to the Philippine market. Designed for Filipino adventure seekers, vloggers, and tech enthusiasts, the Osmo Action 6 brings a wealth of new technology and features designed to fit a variety of creative needs.

The headline feature is its industry-first variable aperture ranging from F2.0 to F4.0. DJI says this allows the Action 6 to excel in both low-light settings and brightly lit environments. A new 1.1-inch square sensor with 2.4μm fusion pixels powers the camera, claiming a dynamic range of up to 13.5 stops for sharp and vivid captures, even at night or in high-contrast settings.

For audio and ecosystem compatibility, the Osmo Action 6 allows direct pairing to two DJI wireless microphone transmitters—no receiver needed. The built-in 10-bit D-Log M color profile ensures color consistency across handheld, drone, and action-cam workflows for creators already in the DJI ecosystem.
Improved Storage too!
Creators looking to simplify workflow will appreciate the built-in 50GB of storage, eliminating the need for immediate SD card access. Battery life is rated for up to 4 hours of continuous shooting at 1080p, alongside a best-in-class 20 meters of waterproofing without a case.

Specialized shooting tools include a new macro lens for close-up focus and a FOV Boost lens for ultra-wide recording up to 182 degrees. Users can leverage gesture control to operate the camera hands-free—ideal for mounting in hard-to-reach areas or for capturing dynamic shots while biking, diving, or hiking across the Philippines.
