Ahead of anything official, leakster Digital Chat Station shared details of what is said to be the full details of the camera lenses of the OPPO Find X9 Ultra.
OPPO Find X9 Ultra – Camera Rumor
The leakster mentions that the OPPO Find X9 Ultra will have a 200MP Sony IMX09E main camera. It is said to be a 1/1.12-inch sensor with OIS and a glass + plastic (GP) optical module.

This is said to be joined by a 50MP Sony LYT828 telephoto lens with a 3x fixed optical zoom length. This lens is believed to be the main sensor of the OPPO Find X9 Pro and vivo X300 Pro. The Find X9 Ultra is also reported to have a 50MP ultrawide snapper and another 50MP telephoto lens. On the front of the device is a 50MP camera for selfies.
The OPPO Find X9 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It is also said to have a larger 6.8-inch flat 2K LTPO OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The OPPO Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, on the other hand, are confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.

The OPPO Find X9 series is set to debut on October 16, with a global launch expected at a later date.
