realme shared the latest teaser for the realme GT 8 Pro and it hints at a swappable camera module design.
realme GT 8 Pro – Swappable Design?
The quick video simply starts with the robot-looking design with lenses on the top and a periscope telephoto module below in a square module and ears. From there, the teaser shows the same camera setup but with a circular island or even a rectangular module.
The videos also make the circles on the flanks of each design very prominent, which is speculated as the means to secure each camera module.
The poster also has the text “Detachable. Reconfigurable. Replaceable.”, further emphasizing its unique design.
Among the rumored specs of the realme GT 8 Pro are:
- 6.78-inch QHD OLED panel
- 144Hz refresh rate
- Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5
- Up to 16GB RAM
- 7000mah battery
- 120W wired fast charging
- realme UI 7 on top of Android 16
Its exact launch date has yet to be announced, though, as of writing this. However, it is hinted to be unveiled in October, and it is expected to launch with a vanilla variant.
