Meta and Ray-Ban have announced the release of Meta Ray-Ban Display, a new pair of smart glasses featuring a full-color, high-resolution display and a wristband for control. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg unveiled the device at the annual Connect event.
Meta Ray-Ban Display AI Glasses

Priced at USD 799, the glasses come with a Meta Neural Band, an EMG (electromyography) wristband that translates subtle muscle signals from the wearer’s hand into commands. This allows for hands-free navigation and interaction with the glasses, replacing traditional touchscreens and buttons. The display is positioned on the right lens, allowing for quick interactions without blocking the user’s view.
The glasses include a real-time camera viewfinder with zoom, pedestrian navigation with visual maps, and live captions and translation for conversations. Meta AI is also integrated, providing visual answers and step-by-step instructions.

The product will be available starting September 30 in the US at select retailers like Best Buy, LensCrafters, and Sunglass Hut, with an expansion to Canada, France, Italy, and the UK planned for early 2026.
