Infinix has announced the upcoming international release of the Infinix GT 30, building on the success of the GT 30 Pro with enhanced gaming capabilities and sleek design options. The device, first introduced in India in August 2025, is scheduled for a wider release on September 24, 2025.
What makes the Infinix GT 30’s gaming features unique?
The GT 30 features the GT Trigger, described as the industry’s first hidden capacitive shoulder trigger system inherited from the GT 30 Pro. This feature uses precision copper plates and sensors to deliver console-like accuracy for mobile gaming, particularly benefiting shooter and MOBA games. Beyond gaming applications, the GT Trigger serves multiple functions including one-tap photography, burst shooting, and video recording shortcuts.
The device runs on the MediaTek D7400 5G chipset, designed to provide faster load times, smoother multitasking, and stable performance even under heavy usage. Infinix has positioned the GT 30 as the Official Smartphone Partner of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL PH), with certification for high-frame-rate gaming supporting up to 120 FPS in popular titles.
How does the XLABAN Showmatch work?
Infinix is launching the XLABAN Showmatch as part of its partnership with MPL, running from September 17 to October 10, 2025. The event features Infinix gamers Cher “Cherizawa” Barnacha and Justine “Jayat Gaming” Dale alongside MPL talents Rika “Athena” Paloma and Theo “Uomi” Ignacio. Fans can support either #TeamJayMi or #TeamCheriNa by showcasing their MVP gaming moments for a chance to participate directly in the competition.
What are the design and software specifications?
The GT 30 introduces a Mechanical Light Waves design language with four color options: two new variants in Cyber Blue and Pulse Green, plus existing Shadow Ash and Blade White finishes. The Cyber Blue and Pulse Green versions feature the same aesthetic as the GT 30 Pro Gaming Master Edition, while all variants include signature white back panel lighting to maintain the cyber-mecha theme.
The smartphone operates on the latest Android version powered by Google, providing access to the complete Google ecosystem with seamless updates, essential applications, and customization options. This integration aims to optimize the device for both productivity tasks and gaming performance.
The Infinix GT 30 will officially launch on September 24, 2025, following its initial unveiling in India the previous month.
