Apple has just introduced the AirPods Pro 3 at the Apple Event. It was unveiled along with the iPhone 17, iPhone Air, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max. Additionally, the company debuted the Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch SE 3, and Apple Watch Ultra 3.

The AirPods Pro 3 features a new multiport acoustic architecture for an improved spatial listening experience. It also has the next-generation Adaptive EQ.
Apple claims it also delivers the world’s best ANC of any in-ear wireless headphones, thanks to ultra-low noise microphones. Moreover, this is coupled with advanced computational audio and the new foam-infused ear tips. The result of this is said to be 2 more effective than the AirPods Pro 2 and 4x more effective than the AirPods Pro.
The battery is also improved with the third-generation AirPods Pro, offering up to 8 hours of music playback with ANC.
Design-wise, each earbud is smaller, while the ear tip is aligned to the center of the body for better stability. It now also comes with a new XXS-sized foam-infused ear tips.
The AirPods Pro 3 introduces a custom photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor that shines invisible infrared light pulsed at 256 times per second to measure light absorption in blood flow.
Additionally, it is now IP57 rated, the highest on any AirPods Pro to date.
The latest AirPods Pro member also introduces Live Translation, powered by computational audio and Apple Intelligence.
You can use this to talk to someone else with AirPods, and the buds will translate for you. If that’s not an option, you can also use your iPhone as a horizontal display to see the live transcript. This feature will be available in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, with Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (simplified) coming by the end of the year.
Pricing and Availability
Apple has already released the local pricing for AirPods Pro 3, which is priced at PHP 14,990. Its exact availability, though, has yet to be announced.
