Nostalgia takes center stage with the official opening of registration for the Tito Gaming Tournament Series at PGDX 2025. This series invites seasoned gamers and arcade-era enthusiasts to relive classic rivalries in beloved titles like Counter-Strike 1.3, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, and Tetris. It’s a celebration of the golden era of gaming, offering a chance for “Tito and Tita Gamers” to claim bragging rights.
Indie Game Stars
PGDX’s signature indie showcase, Indie Game Stars, has unveiled its sixth batch of featured local developers. This dynamic lineup highlights rising Filipino talent pushing the boundaries of creativity, design, and gameplay. In conjunction, the Indie Game Stars People’s Choice has launched, allowing fans to vote for their favorite featured game, with the winning developer receiving a ₱100,000 cash prize.
The PGDX community remains engaged through its ongoing weekly livestream series on the official PGDX Facebook page. These streams dive into geek and gaming culture, featuring a rotating lineup of guests and topics spanning cosplay, game development, and pop culture.
