The Nintendo Switch 2 is slated for release on June 26 in Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines, exciting gamers across the region. While an official launch date for Malaysia is yet to be announced, pre-orders are expected to begin soon.

The new console boasts significant upgrades, including an 8-inch LCD screen that offers a resolution of 1080p in handheld mode and 4K when docked. Powered by an Nvidia custom Tegra chip (NVIDIA T239), it promises enhanced graphics and performance. Storage has also been expanded to 64GB, with support for microSDXC cards up to 2TB.

Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB-C port for charging and video output. The device will come with detachable Joy-Con controllers, mirroring its predecessor’s versatile gameplay options.
Pricing details are expected to be revealed closer to the launch. Furthermore, the Nintendo e-Shop is set to become available in the region, providing a convenient platform for digital game purchases.
