Apple is reportedly making a significant push into the smart home market, with plans to introduce several new products by late 2025 and early 2026. This move signals a renewed strategic focus after the HomePod and HomePod mini did not meet the company’s ambitious expectations.
New Apple Smart Home Products Coming Soon
Among the anticipated launches is an innovative iPad-like device featuring a robotic arm, designed to offer advanced functionalities for smart home integration. A more accessible, lower-end model, currently codenamed J490, is also in development.

While the J490 was initially slated for an earlier release, its debut has been postponed, reportedly due to ongoing challenges related to its Siri integration.
This expansion suggests Apple is keen to strengthen its ecosystem within the rapidly growing smart home sector, aiming to deliver more compelling and sophisticated solutions to consumers.
