Smart is set to elevate the concert experience for j-hope’s “Hope on the Stage” performances at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on April 12 and 13, 2025. These shows are a significant milestone, representing j-hope’s first international appearances following his performances in South Korea and North America.
Exclusive Presale Access
Smart is offering its subscribers better chances to secure concert tickets through an exclusive presale event scheduled for February 20, 2025, at 10 AM. To participate, subscribers must download the Smart App and follow specific procedures:
- Smart Prepaid users can get their presale access code by loading via the Smart App between February 13-18
- Smart Postpaid subscribers (Plan 599 to 2999) can redeem their presale access code on the app from February 14-18 by tapping on the “Hope on the Stage” tab.
- Smart Infinity members will automatically receive their presale access code through the app
Ticket Purchase Process
Please note that securing a presale access code only gives you a chance to participate in the Smart Presale Event, which will be on a first-come, first-served basis. It does not automatically guarantee a ticket. This also means that you’ll need to best other subscribers when the Smart Presale Event opens on Feb. 20 at 10 AM.
For those who will be able to successfully enter presale event, you may follow the following steps for your ticket purchase.
- Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
- Search for “j-hope” and click “Find out more.”
- Scroll down and click on “Smart Presale.” You’ll be redirected to www.smtickets.com.
- Log in, then select “Hope on the Stage,” and click “Buy Tickets.”
- Enter your presale access code. A maximum of two (2) tickets per single transaction is allowed. Two (2) tickets must be purchased at once.
- Select your desired seat(s) and complete the payment.
Upon a successful transaction, subscribers will get an email with their claim ticket voucher, or they’ll be able to find it under My Account > My Ticket.
Subscribers can then print their ticket voucher and claim the physical ticket in any SM Ticket outlet any time before show day. A physical ticket will be required to enter the event on the day of the concert.
