CoD Black Ops 6 Zombies Updates

A key feature in Black Ops 6 Zombies is the introduction of Augments – Unlockable gameplay advantages that can be applied to Perk-a-Colas, Ammo Mods, and Field Upgrades, allowing players to further tailor their loadouts. Major Augments offer substantial boosts, while Minor Augments provide more limited, but impactful, effects. There will be 108 Augments available at launch for in-depth customization.

Black Ops 6 Perk a Colas

Perk-a-Colas return as well, with classic favorites like Jugger-Nog and Speed Cola joined by new options like Melee Macchiato and Elemental Pop. Each Perk can be enhanced with up to six Augments, giving players the ability to fine-tune their Perk selection to suit their playstyle.

Black Ops 6 Ammo Mods

Ammo Mods provide additional elemental effects on weapons, such as Brain Rot’s chance to turn enemies into allies or Cryo Freeze’s frost damage and slow. Like Perks, each Ammo Mod can be augmented with three major and three minor effects, further expanding the customization options.

Black Ops 6 Field Upgrades

Field Upgrades have also been expanded, with options including Aether Shroud, which phases the player into the Dark Aether, and Dark Flare, a devastating energy beam. These abilities can be customized with Augments as well, allowing players to tailor their team support and crowd control capabilities.

Black Ops 6 Default HUD

The game’s user interface has received a number of updates to improve the Zombies experience. Character portraits have been added to the lower-left corner, Perk icons are positioned closer together, and Zombies-specific widgets have been added for certain in-game actions. Players can fine-tune the visibility of various HUD elements, including the Score Feed, Medals & Notifications, and Weapon & Equipment Information.

Black Ops 6 GobbleGum

Finally, the iconic GobbleGum system returns, offering a wide array of single-use power-ups. From rares like Cache Back, which spawns a Max Ammo, to ultra-rare Perkaholic, which grants all Perks, GobbleGums add an extra layer of strategy and unpredictability to Zombies matches.

With two launch maps, Terminus and Liberty Falls, a wealth of customization options, visual enhancements, and the promise of more content to come, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Zombies mode is poised to deliver an expansive and highly replayable experience for fans of the undead.
