POCO has just confirmed that it will unveil its first tablet – the POCO Pad on May 23, 2024. This is the same launch event when the POCO F6 series will debut for the international market.
POCO Pad Rumored Specs
The company teased the new tablet but didn’t reveal much as far as specs go. That said though, there are a lot speculations on its hardware.
At the helm is said to be a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. The tablet is expected to also sport 8MP rear and front cameras.
Under the hood, it is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB storage.
Rounding out this out are a believed 10,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging, HyperOS 1.0 based on Android 14, and support for a Smart Pen and Smart Keyboard.
We expect to learn more from POCO in the following days about the POCO Pad as it will look to build hype for its first tablet.
