Samsung has just introduced its latest 50MP ISOCELL GNK Sensor which is the direct follow-up to the 50MP ISOCELL GN1.
50MP Samsung ISOCELL GNK
The GNK, similar to the GN1, features a 50MP imager with 1.2µm pixels and Dual Pixel Pro autofocus for improved focus time and sharper photos.
The sensor can handle up to 8K videos at 30fps as well as HDR videos and FHD at 240fps.
Other features include
- Dynamic range of up to 120 dB and in Pro mode
- Capture 14-bit RAW images
- Three different ISO modes
As of now, there has been no official statement regarding which devices will first feature this new sensor.
