As part of its celebration for its growing community, UNIQLO has announced a number of new features for its mobile app, all to offer customers an improved and a more engaging experience when shopping online for their favorite UNIQLO products.

Next Day Home Delivery/Same Day Click and Collect

Metro Manila customers can now have their orders delivered to their doorstep the next day, provided that their orders are placed before 12 PM.

In addition, customers can now avail of same day click and collect for UNIQLO’s Blue Bay Walk and Alabang Westgate branches, provided that orders are placed before 12 PM. Those who will order in this method may claim their items starting 7 PM onwards.

Note that Next Day Delivery and Same Day Click and Collect do not apply to orders placed on holidays and weekends, and for orders which include alterations.

Shop for Extra Sizes Available Online/Have Your Items Altered for FREE

Shop online using the UNIQLO app and get access to sizes that you won’t find in-store. This includes large sizes (XXL and 3XL) and small sizes (XS).

Customers can now opt to have items altered before being delivered to their doorstep. This service is only available for select bottoms such as full-length pants and jeans. Customers will be able to choose between two types of stitches – Lock Stitch and Blind Stitch.

UNIQLO appreciates customer feedback. Those who will order via the app can also take part in the brand’s sampling program, where they’ll get a chance to win a free item just by leaving a review of a product they have purchased.
