Lazada Group released LazzieChat, the first eCommerce AI chatbot of its kind in Southeast Asia powered by OpenAI ChatGPT technology in Azure OpenAI Service. 

LazzieChat can answer users’ shopping queries on the Lazada platform to provide an engaging, informed, and personalized shopping experience.

LazzieChat (named after Lazada’s Lion mascot Lazzie) leverages Lazada’s AI technology and platform to understand and respond to queries, suggest relevant products, and link products available on Lazada, allowing users to shop quickly and conveniently.

LazzieChat is a natural language chatbot developed by Lazada and is available in English for the Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore markets, and will soon be available in a Bahasa Indonesia version. It is constantly improving to recognize inappropriate content and respond responsibly to user queries.
