Motorola announced that its next-generation foldables will arrive on June 1, 2023. While the company doesn’t outright reveal the name of the devices just yet, it is believed to be the Motorola Razr 40 series comprised of the Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra.
Motorola Razr 40 Series Rumors
According to rumors, the Razr 40 Ultra will have a 6.9-inch FHD+ inner OLED panel with a 120Hz/144Hz refresh rate and a 3.5-inch OLED panel on the outside.
It is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset coupled with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. Rounding out the rumored specs are a 12MP main camera and a 13MP ultrawide snapper on the back as well as a 3640mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
The Razr 40, on the other hand, is a more mysterious device as far as rumored specs go but it is believed to have a more ‘traditional’ small utility screen on the outside.
We expect to learn more about the Motorola Razr 40 series in the following days as the company will look to build up hype for the launch event.
