Huawei has just released the Huawei Watch 4 and Watch 4 Pro in Europe. These smartwatches came alongside the P60 Pro and Mate X3 during the launch event in Munich.

Let us focus on the Pro model first. It boasts a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display and features a sapphire glass cover and a 48mm case crafted from TC4 titanium alloy that is claimed to be three times tougher than conventional titanium.

In addition, the Watch 4 Pro is equipped with eSIM-based LTE connectivity and built-in GPS functionality. The Pro model’s battery life is said to last up to 4.5 days (regular use) with the power-saving mode extending it for up to 21 days.

On the other hand, the Watch 4 vanilla model has a 46mm stainless steel casing. its battery life is rated for 3 days of normal usage which can be extended for up to 14 days using power-saving settings.

Here are some of the features that both watches share:

  • New planetary watch face options
  • 5ATM water resistant
  • Can track over 100 workout modes
  • One-minute seven-point health check-up combines your heart rate, SpO2, ECG, skin temperature, arterial stiffness, stress, and respiratory health data into one single report.

The starting price of the Huawei Watch 4 is EUR 450 or GBP 400 (around PHP 28,000), which comes with a black fluoroelastomer strap.

Meanwhile, the Watch 4 Pro starts at EUR 700 or GBP 600 (around PHP 43,000) with a titanium strap, and EUR 550 or GBP 500 (around PHP 34,000) with a brown leather strap.

The Watch 4 series will be available for open sale in Europe in the upcoming weeks.
