The reliable tipster Evan Blass has just shared a leak regarding the latest 4nm chip from Qualcomm which is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.
This new chip is the newest member of the 4nm manufacturing process line of chips that Qualcomm released – Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and Snapdragon 7 Gen 1.
Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 Specs
The complete spec sheet of the chipset was leaked by the tipster showing the SM6450 model number, 5G network support, and Qualcomm’s Quick charge 4+ feature.
The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 has the following features:
- Kryo CPU 2.2GHz
- Support for 120Hz refresh rate FHD+ displays and 108MP cameras
- record 4k HDR 30FPS and slowmo at 240FPS
As of now, no official statement regarding the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 has been released by the manufacturer but we can assume that it may be officially revealed alongside the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset at this year’s Snapdragon Summit.
The said event will happen on November 15 to 17, 2022.
