Motorola has just launched the Motorola Edge (2022), the third-generation Edge device, in the US. The device is the first to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1050 chipset.

The Motorola Edge (2022) has a 6.6-inch FHD+ OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. A 32MP front camera is housed in a punch hole on the top center of the panel.
Meanwhile, around the back is a trio comprised of a 50MP main camera, a 13MP 120° ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP depth lens.

The Dimensity 1050 chipset supports sub-6GHz 5G, has two Cortex-A78 CPU cores at 2.5GHz and six A55 cores at 2.0GHz, and a Mali-G610 MC3 GPU. This is coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB of non-expandable storage.

The Motorola Edge (2022) is priced at USD 599 but will have a limited-time price of USD 498. It will be available first via T-Mobile but will also be available on Verizon, AT&T, Spectrum Mobile, US Cellular, and Visible.
