ZTE has just teased the arrival of the ZTE Axon 40 series this month. The poster itself didn’t reveal much but there have been multiple reports on the arrival of the ZTE Axon 40 and Axon 40 Pro.
A TENAA leak hinted that the Axon 40 Pro is just a repackaged nubia Z40 Pro. If this is the case, it is uncertain whether or not the new Axon device will have Magnetic Charging as default or have a special edition like the Z40 Pro.
Regardless, the company has shown in previous iterations of the Axon series, that they’re willing to test new technology with the series like the under-display camera on the Axon 20 and 30 series. Therefore, it will be interesting to see what new tech the ZTE Axon 40 series will feature to truly differ from the nubia Z40 Pro.
