HONOR seems to be gearing up for a launch event happening this March 29 at 8:30 PM (time zone was not mentioned). The event is called “ HONOR New Product Launch: Ready to Go Beyond” as seen in the Poster below.
It is speculated that the manufacturer might reveal new entry-level devices alongside the X-series which includes the models X7, X8, and X9 5G. The X8 was already announced for the Middle-Eastern and African markets.
If this assumption is correct and no changes have been made to the device for this release, The X8 is equipped with Snapdragon 690 SoC paired with a 6.7-inch 90Hz LCD display alongside 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Additionally, the phone comes with a 4,000mAh battery with 22.5W charging coupled with a 65MP triple camera setup
Reports also indicate that the other device might be connected to the rumored HONOR Magic4 Lite which is an alleged stripped-down version of the Magic4 and Magic4 Pro.
Furthermore, it is also expected that HONOR might release new wireless submersible earbuds during the March 29 event.
