A vivo device under the model number V21856A believed to be the vivo X80 has been spotted on AnTuTu and Geekbench benchmarks powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset.
The device scored a whopping 1,072,221 points on the AnTuTu benchmark. In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with the Exynos 2200 processor scored 968,359 on the benchmark.
Meanwhile, on Geekbench, the new vivo device scored 4,191 and 1,248 in the multi-core test and single-core test, respectively.
For further comparison, based on our own testing of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered S22 Ultra available in the country, it scored 895,594 on AnTuTu. Meanwhile, it scored 3,404 and 1,232 in the Geekbench multi-core and single-core tests, respectively.
The AnTuTu listing of the vivo X80 also showed that the device will feature a 120Hz display and at least 12GB RAM and at least 512GB storage. Both benchmarks showed used the 12GB RAM variant.
