OPPO has just launched the OPPO Reno7 Pro and Reno7 in India marking its global debut. The new Reno series was initially introduced in China in November 2021.

OPPO Reno7 Pro

The global Reno7 Pro has a 6.5-inch AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. Housed in a punch hole in the upper left corner is a Sony IMX709 32MP front camera.

Rounding out the optics are a 50MP main snapper, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro lens.

Under the hood, the Pro variant is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max chipset coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device gets up to an additional 7GB RAM with Dynamic RAM expansion by using some of the storage.

It is equipped with a 4500mAh battery with support for 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging. Out of the box, it runs on ColorOS 12 on top of Android 11.

The global version of the OPPO Reno7 is built around the same 6.43-inch AMOLED panel with a 90HZ refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate.

It also has the same camera setup. This includes the 32MP front camera in a punch hole in the upper left of the display as well as the 64MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro rear lenses.

Under the hood is where it differs from the Chinese variant. The global variant has a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset at the helm compared to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G. The Dimensity 900 is coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The Reno7 is equipped with the same 4500mAh battery with support for a faster 65W SuperVOOC compared to the 60W support in China.

The OPPO Reno7 Pro comes in Black and Blue colorways and is priced at INR 39,999 for the lone 12/256GB configuration. It will hit the shelves starting February 17.

The OPPO Reno7 is available in Black and Blue options and priced at INR 28,999 for 8/256GB memory. It will go on sale starting February 8.
