nubia is set to launch the nubia Z40 Pro later this month, ahead of the launch, the brand teased that it will feature magnetic wireless charging. This will make it the first commercial Android phone to feature magnetic wireless charging.

Prior to this, realme showcased its own magnetic charging technology dubbed MagDart through the realme Flash. The realme Flash, however, has yet to make a debut.
Meanwhile, the nubia Z40 Pro has been confirmed to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset at the helm and a Sony IMX787 main sensor.
The company didn’t detail just how fast the magnetic charging offers though but based on the poster, it looks like we can expect a puck-like charger similar to the MagSafe charger from Apple.
