GIGABYTE has unveiled the RTX 3050 OC 8G GPUs based on NVIDIA’s Ampere technology a 2nd generation RTX architecture.
Included in this GIGABYTE GPU series is the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3050 GAMING OC 8G and the GeForce RTX 3050 EAGLE OC 8G, and the GeForce RTX 3050 EAGLE 8G GPUs that are set to bring you a great 1080p resolution gaming experience.
Additionally, the GeForce RTX 3050 series of cards brings the latest NVIDIA Ampere technology to more gamers, This is also the first 50-class GPU to have ray tracing at over 60 frames per second (FPS) that boasts 2nd Gen RT cores for ray tracing, and 3rd gen Tensor cores for DLSS and AI.
The new GAMING OC cards come with the WINDFORCE cooling technology and RGB fusion 2.0. Furthermore, the EAGLE OC and EAGLE cards sport a unique design that focuses on efficiency and durability.
GAMING OC
The GIGABYTE WINDFORCE 3x cooling system features three-blade fans with alternate spinning that also has copper heat pipes that are directly in contact with the GPU. It also has 3D active fans and screen cooling that works together to promote better heat dissipation.
Additionally, the middle fan spins in reverse to optimize the airflow further aiding in heat dissipation. By combining all of the features mentioned ensures low temperatures for higher and stable performance.
WINDFORCE fans use a graphene nano lubricant which extends the fan’s life by up to 2.1 times just like a double ball bearing’s lifespan but also delivers quiet operation.
For lighting options, the RGB fusion 2.0 allows you to adjust the color of the lights and various special effects that synchronize with other AORUS devices. For durability, the card features a black backplate to strengthen the overall structure to help prevent the PCB from bending along with ULTRA DURABLE-certified components.
EAGLE SERIES
The GeForce RTX 3050 EAGLE series GPUs also feature the WINDFORCE cooling system. The design of the EAGLE series is inspired by science fiction containing mechanical parts, a transparent cover, and a bright logo.
Lastly, the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3050 8G GPU uses a multi-phase power supply that provides over-temperature and load balancing for each MOSFET allowing it to operate at lower temperatures. The ULTRA DURABLE chokes and capacitors promote excellent performance and longer system life.
