The biggest difference between the 2200 from the 2100 is in the GPU with the new chipset featuring AMD’s RDNA 2 architecture GPU. This is the same found on the Xbox One series, PlayStation 5, and new APUs.

In addition, Samsung’s partnership with AMD introduces unique features like ray-tracing technology. The technology is already pretty standard in AAA video games on the PC and consoles.

The Exynos 2200 is expected to have a big difference in 3DMark Wild Life performance compared to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. However, with the Snapdragon 898 expected to replace the 888, it will be even more interesting to see how the upcoming chipsets match up.
